Rule 1301 - Compulsory Arbitration(a) All law cases at issue, except actions in divorce, where the amount in controversy, exclusive of interest and cost, is $50,000.00 or less, except those involving title to real estate, shall first be submitted to and heard by a board of three members of the bar who maintain principal offices or residences within the 44th Judicial District.
