At the time set for the pre-trial conference, both parties shall submit a pre-trial statement in the form prescribed by the Court. OR strictly complied with the provisions of Pa.R.C.P. No. 212.2 (a) indicated in Court Order. Both parties and their respective counsel shall appear before the Court for presentation of the issues and discussion of possible settlement and disposition of any matters referred to the Court.
