Rule 410.3 - SERVICE BY PUBLICATION OF ACTIONS FOR THE EXECUTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS AS REQUIRED BY 41 P.S SECTION 407

(2) Service upon a defendant by publication of actions commenced in accordance with the requirements of the Act of January 30, 1974, P.L. 13, No. 6, §407 as amended, (41 P.S. Sec 407), when authorized by Pa.R.C.P. 400 et seq., shall be made by the Sheriff publishing once in the Schuylkill Legal Record and in one daily newspaper of general circulation within Schuylkill County a notice which shall be substantially in the following form:
