Rule 1568 - PUBLIC SALE NOTICE(a) Except as therein provided by Act of Assembly or special Order of Court, notice of the time and place of sale of real estate at public auction by a master in partition shall be advertised by the master once a week for three successive weeks in the Schuylkill County Legal Record and in a newspaper of general circulation in the County. The first advertisement to be not less than twenty-one days before the date of sale. The master shall also post handbills of such advertisement, one on the real estate to be sold and not less than six additional handbills in as many other public places in the county. Whenever a property or properties so to be sold lie in different counties, publication of notice of sale shall be in such manner as the Court by special order may direct.
