Rule 226 - POINTS FOR CHARGE(a)(1) Points for charge shall be submitted to the Trial Judge as directed by pre-trial order of that Judge.(2) The points for charges shall be in writing and shall be signed by counsel, and shall include a citation of authority justifying each point submitted.(3) Unless otherwise directed by the Trial Judge, only those points for charge submitted in compliance with subsections (1) and (2) hereof will be considered by the trial Judge at the time of trial.Amended effective 3/1/2021; revised 2/23/2022; amended effective 2/1/2024.
