Rule 2.11C - Compensation(1) In General. Each estate shall be liable for the compensation of the examiner based upon a schedule of fees fixed by the Court or as determined by the Court.(2) Cemetery Trusts. The cemetery trust examiner, or examiners, appointed under Rule 2.11A supra, shall be paid by the trustees in an amount fixed by the Court.Amended effective 1/6/2018; amended effective 6/1/2019.
