The rules of this chapter shall govern all civil actions or proceedings brought in the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County in Divorce, Support, Custody, and Protection From Abuse under the Domestic Relations Code, and shall be cited as "Phila.DR.R."
(a) The following shall be filed with the office of the Clerk of Family Court:(1) the entry of appearance by an attorney on behalf of a party, which shall be substantially in the following form: Click here to view image
(2) the entry of an appearance by a self-represented party pursuant to Pa.R.C.P.1930.8; which shall be substantially in the following form: Click here to view image
(3) the original and four copies of all complaints, petitions, motions, mandatory filings, and all other pleadings and documents in the nature of pleadings.Amended effective 9/1/2016; amended effective 4/8/2019.
