Rule 1915.3-4 - Pre-Hearing Statement(a) At the conference, each party shall provide the conciliator and each other with a pre-hearing statement substantially in the form provided in Local Rule 1915.26 insofar as said information is then available.(b) A party is under a duty seasonably to amend a Pre-Hearing Statement if he or she obtains information upon the basis of which he or she knows thati. the response was incorrect when made, orii. the response though correct when made is no longer true. A duty to supplement a Pre-Hearing Statement may be imposed by Order of Court.(c) Nothing herein shall be considered to give any rights to discovery in custody matters otherwise prohibited by Pa.R.C.P. 1930.5.
