Rule 6.11 - CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNTSA. All accounts and statements of proposed distribution which are filed by the tenth (10th) day of the month, provided that proper notice has been given and no objections filed, shall be confirmed by the Court on the fourth (4th) Monday of the following month, unless that day is a holiday, in which event confirmation shall be made the next day.B. Prior to the date of confirmation, a proposed decree of distribution shall be filed by accountant. The proposed decree shall contain spaces for signature by all members of the Court.
