Rule 9.6A - Notice of Auditor or Master Report(a) An auditor or master appointed pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. § 751 shall give written notice of the filing of a report: 1) by service upon the attorney appearing of record for a party; or2) if there is no such attorney, by U.S. first-class mail, if the party's residence is known.3) if a party's residence is not known, by publication once a week during two successive calendar weeks in the Montgomery County Law Reporter; or by such method of alternative service as is authorized by the court.(b) Any party in interest shall have the right to file objections to an auditor's or master's report within twenty (20) days of the filing thereof.(c) If objections are filed, the court shall schedule a date for a hearing or argument.
