Rule 2.7A - Hearings on Objections to Accounts, Claims or Questions of Law(a) When objections to an account have been filed, a hearing on the objections will be held on a day fixed by the court.(b)Claimant's Statement. The attorney for claimant shall file with the clerk, prior to the hearing, a written statement of all material facts relied upon and shall serve a copy thereof on the attorney for accountant or other contesting parties at least twenty days prior to the hearing in the manner provided in Rule 4.2.
