On or before March 31 of each year starting March 31, 2015, the Prothonotary of Mercer County shall send out notices pursuant to Pa. R.J.A., 1901 in the form herein set below to each party in all cases over 2 years old as of December 31 of the preceding year. When a hearing is requested, it shall be scheduled in due course.
