Rule 1035.2(a) - Motion For Summary Judgment Procedure(1) Argument on motions for summary judgment shall be scheduled for argument by the filing of a praecipe in accordance with the procedure set forth in Local Rule L208.3(a)(4), provided however, no case shall be praeciped for argument until all parties have filed a response or thirty (30) days after filing the motion, whichever occurs first.(2) Briefs shall be filed and be in the form set forth in L210 and subject to L208.3(b).Merc.
