The original and one copy of exceptions to a hearing officer's report and recommendation shall be filed with the prothonotary and include the report and recommendation to which the exceptions have been taken. A rule L205.2(b)B motion cover sheet is required. The cover sheet shall indicate whether a transcript is required. If a transcript is requested, the procedure of rule L4007(A) shall be followed.
