Rule 2.7-2 - Objections. Service. Return(a) Immediately after objections have been filed with the Clerk, a copy of said objections to an account and/or Petition for Adjudication/Statement of Proposed Distribution shall be served upon the accountant and all other interested parties or their attorneys of record. Proof of such service shall be filed with the Clerk within ten (10) days of filing objections.Amended effective 9/1/2016.
