Rule 227.3 - Transcript of Testimony
(a) Any objections to the request designating the portion of the record to be transcribed, filed pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 227.3, shall likewise be served upon the trial judge, the court administrator's office, and the court reporter and every other party to the action and a certificate of such service shall be filed of record.
(b) The party requesting a transcript of the record or any portion thereof in a motion for post-trial relief shall pay the cost thereof. Where any other party files an objection requesting that an additional portion of the record be transcribed, the trial judge, in the absence of agreement by the parties, shall in his/her discretion and to the extent this matter is not covered in the Pennsylvania Rules of Judicial Administration 5000.1et. seq., assign the cost of such additional transcribing to any or all parties or to the county.
