Rule 212.1 - Trial Dates, Discovery Deadlines, Pre-trial Statements(1) The requirements of Pa.R.C.P. 212.1 and 212.2 shall apply to civil actions to be tried non-jury.(2) Notwithstanding the requirements of Pa.R.C.P. 212.1(b), in the event a pre-trial conference is scheduled, a pre-trial statement shall be filed by all parties, and a copy delivered to chambers of the assigned judge, not later than five (5) days prior to the pre-trial conference.Amended effective 1/1/2020; amended effective 7/1/2023.
