Rule 52-205.5 - Praecipe For Hearing(A) In order to obtain a hearing before the Court, a party shall file a Praecipe for Hearing, substantially in the form set forth in subsection (B) below. The failure by a moving party to timely request a hearing may result in denial of the relief requested.(C) Once a Praecipe for Hearing has been filed, the Court will notify all parties of the date and time assigned for that hearing.Amended effective 7/26/2004.
