Rule 200.1 - Appearances And Withdrawals(a) The signing of a pleading or motion by an attorney shall be deemed an entry of appearance. Appearance by an attorney or a party not signing pleadings or motions shall be by praecipe filed with the Clerk of Judicial Records.(b) Appearance of counsel shall not be withdrawn except by leave of court or by written consent of the party. If at the time that withdrawal is sought, the case has been assigned to a judge for trial or has been tried, a motion to withdraw shall be presented to the trial judge for determination. Otherwise, such motion shall be presented at motion court and a rule to show cause shall issue to the client represented by the movant and to all other parties in the litigation.Amended effective November 2014.
