Rule 6.1(f) - Approved Formats For Filing AccountsAccounts may be prepared and filed in either of the following forms:
(i) A format which sets forth in logical sequence and understandable form all of the information required in Pa. O.C. Rule 5.1(a), (c), (d) and separately states items of administration, distribution, receipts, principal and income as required by Pa. O.C. Rule 6.1(b): provided, however that accounts prepared in this way shall begin with a first page substantially the same as the first page of the Model Executor's Account or the Model Trustee's Account set forth in Appendix to Pa. O.C. Rule 6.1(g). (ii) The model formats which are referred to in Pa. O.C Rule 6.1(g) and are set forth in the Appendix following the Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules.
