Rule 18.4 - Certificate As To Giving Notice To Interested Parties

The certificate required by Jeff. O.G. Rule 6.3(b) of giving of notice to interested parties shall be in substantially the following form:

When submitting an Account only or a Statement of Proposed Distribution only, the form of decree shall be modified to fit the use desired.
