Rule 1012 - Attorney's Appearancea. Each attorney, to include the public defender, who accepts the representation of a party to an action filed in Court shall immediately enter his or her appearance on record.b. Any attorney wishing to withdraw their appearance shall petition the Court and cause a Rule to Show Cause to be issued upon their client and opposing counsel or unrepresented party, provided however, that withdrawal may be by praecipe where successor counsel has entered an appearance.
