a. These are local rules for the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Pennsylvania, 13th Judicial District, promulgated in accordance with Pa.R.C.P. 239, 42 Pa.C.S.A. They shall apply to all offices within the Greene County Court system unless specifically indicated otherwise.b. These rules shall be cited as "Gr.Co.R.____________________."c. Effect: 1. These rules will become effective thirty (30) days following publication in the "Pennsylvania Bulletin."2. Unless otherwise ordered, for cause shown, these rules shall apply to actions pending on the effective date.3. These rules are supplemental to the Pennsylvania Rules of Court and any inconsistency shall defer to the Pennsylvania Rules of Court.4. These rules are applicable to all divisions of Court except where designated to the contrary.d. Exceptions to local rules must be by Order of Court which will be entered only in the interest of justice.
