Rule 39-5000.1.1 - Scope

These Rules are intended to be coordinated with and supplement the cun-ent Pa.RJud.Adm. Nos. 5000.1 - 5000.13, Pa.R.A.P. 1922 and Pa.R.C.P. 227.3 effective January 1, 1984, for use in the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. In the event of conflict, the Rules of the Supreme Court shall control. These Rules shall govern the production, reproduction and filing of transcripts of testimony.
