These rules shall be construed in accordance with the principles of interpretation set forth in the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, specifically including 101 through 153, and 239(b) (1).
These rules shall be given numbers that are keyed to the numbers of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure to which the rules correspond.
