Rule 1302 - List Of Arbitrators, Appointment To Board(a) The Delaware County Arbitration Committee shall prepare a list of available arbitrators subject to the requirements of Pa.R.C.P. 1302(a) for approval by the court. This list shall be updated annually by the Committee and resubmitted to the court for approval.(b) The Court Administrator shall appoint arbitrators from this list who have been approved by the court.
