Rule 1915.3-1 - Custody Complaint(a) The original complaint shall be filed with the Prothonotary who shall forward the copy of the complaint to the Court Administrator for assignment to a custody conference officer.(b) If a custody claim is asserted in a divorce complaint, and either party desires a hearing on the custody issue, a copy of the divorce complaint, together with a simple motion for hearing, filed with the Prothonotary who shall forward the copy of the complaint to the Court Administrator for assignment to a custody conference officer.Amended effective 1/1/2024.
