Rule 212.2 - Pretrial MemorandumNo later than Friday prior to the pretrial conference, each party to a civil action shall file (and serve a copy on all other parties) a pretrial memorandum with the Prothonotary, who will transmit it to the Court Administrator. The memorandum shall set forth in the following order:
(a) A statement of the basic facts as to liability.(b) A statement of the basic facts as to damages.(c) A statement as to the principal issues of liability and damages.(d) A summary of legal issues regarding admissibility of testimony, exhibits or any other matter, and legal authorities relied on.(e) The identity of witnesses to be called.(f) A list of exhibits with brief identification of each.(g) The current status of settlement negotiations including a statement as to whether an Alternative Dispute Resolution option has been utilized.(h) Estimated length of trial.Amended effective 1/1/2024.
