Rule 1.1 - Title, Citation, and Scope of Rules(A) These rules shall be known as the Clinton County Rules of Orphans' Court and may be cited as "Clinton R.O.C. No. ________."(B) These rules shall govern all proceedings in the Orphans' Court division of the Court and shall be construed either consistent with or subordinate to all rules or decision of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the rules of the Judicial Council of Pennsylvania, or any statutes still in effect governing practice and procedure.Amended effective 9/20/2021; amended effective 12/4/2023.
