Rule 579 - Time For Omnibus Pretrial Motion And Service(A) Any omnibus pretrial motion shall be filed within thirty (30) days after arraignment, or if arraignment is waived within thirty (30) days after the date set for arraignment.(B) If an omnibus pretrial motion is not filed within thirty (30) days after arraignment, the defendant shall set forth in the motion the specific reasons it was not timely filed.(C) If the reasons are not stated within the motion, the court may dismiss the motion for that reason alone.
