Rule 15.6A - Notice; Method and Responsibility(1) If notice by publication is ordered by the Court, the publication shall also appear in a newspaper of general circulation in the area of the last known address of the birth parent or where the petitioner believes the birth parent may currently be residing unless otherwise ordered by the Court.(2) Petitioner(s) or petitioner(s)' counsel is responsible for seeing that notice is provided in accordance with the law for all persons entitled to notice.
