Rule 5.10 - Public Sale of Real Property(a) In addition to the requirements provided by the Rules in Chapter III, a petition for the public sale of real property shall set forth the reason for filing the petition, a description, stating the size and location of the property to be sold, and the liens and charges to which it is subject.(b) Public notice of the sale shall be given as required by law and as may be further required by local rule or as the court may order in a particular matter.Chest.
