Rule 3.15 - Pleading More Than One Cause of Action; Alternative Pleadings(a) More than one cause of action may be stated in a pleading. Each cause of action shall be stated in a separate count, preceded by a heading, and the count shall name the parties to that cause of action and shall contain a separate request for relief.(b) Causes of action and defenses may be pleaded in the alternative.Chest. Rule 3.15 has no counterpart in former Orphans' Court Rules, but is derived from Pa.R.C.P. No. 1020.
