Rule 8.5.1 - Transcript Of Testimony.(a) Testimony given at an Auditor's or Master's hearing shall be stenographically recorded, unless otherwise ordered by the Court upon application by a party, or the Auditor or Master.(b) The transcript of testimony taken before an Auditor or Master shall be filed with the report.(c) Fees may be taxed as costs and the Auditor or Master shall recommend to the Court that the stenographer's fees follow the award as costs in appropriate cases.
