Rule 6.10.1 - Objections. Form And Content(a) Objections to an account, inventory, and statement of proposed distribution shall be in writing; shall be numbered consecutively; shall be signed by the objector or his or her attorney; and where they contain allegations of fact, shall be properly verified in the same manner as a petition. (b) Each objection shall be specific as to description and amount, shall raise but one issue of law or fact, and shall set forth briefly the reason or reasons in support thereof.
