Rule 5.2.1 - Method. Person Under Incapacity. No Guardian Or Trustee.Whenever notice is given to a person who is not sui juris and for whom there is no guardian or trustee, notice shall be given by serving it upon the person, if over fourteen years of age, and in all cases, upon:
(a) The person's spouse, if sui juris, or(b) The person's next of kin, if sui juris, or(c) The person with whom he or she resides or by whom he or she is maintained; or(d) The superintendent or other official of the institution having custody of the person; or(e) In such manner as the Court, by special order, may direct.
