Rule 211.3 - Service. Proof of Service(a) Service of any document or notice under these rules relating to argument court shall be made on counsel of record or on a party without counsel by personal service or by registered, certified or first-class mail addressed to the last address of such counsel or party as listed with the prothonotary for the subject case.(b) Proof of service shall consist of a verified statement, as verified is defined in Pa.R.C.P. 76, setting forth the date, time and method of service of the described document upon the named counsel of record or party without counsel and the address or place where such person was served.Amended effective 2/12/2018 ; amended effective 7/9/2019; amended effective 3/14/2020.
