Rules LR213, LR213A and LR213B are intended to clarify for the parties, Court, Prothonotary and Appellate Courts, the intended effect of a joinder and whether the cases are to have a separate or consolidated identity as discussed by the Pennsylvania Superior Court in Keefer v. Keefer, 741 A.2d 808 (Pa. Super. 1999).
