Rule 8000.11 - Notice of Change of Ownership of Property. Change of Address. Withdrawal or Substitution of Counsel(a) If at any time during the course of an appeal filed pursuant to Local 8000, et seq., ownership of the property at issue is transferred, changed, or altered in any way, the new property owner listed of record in the appeal is required to file notice of the transfer/change/alteration with the Prothonotary. The notice shall provide the following information: (1) The name(s) and addresses(es) of the new record owner(s) of the property;(2) The type of transfer/change/alteration (e.g., property sold); and(3) The date of the transfer/change/alteration.(b) Failure to file notice within thirty (30) days of the transfer or change shall be grounds for termination of the appeal and a discontinuance of the matter.
