Rule 2352 - Substitution of Successor. Objections(a) The Prothonotary shall serve a copy of the statement filed under Pa.R.C.P. No. 2352(a) or a copy of the rule to show cause issued under Pa.R.C.P. No. 2352(b) upon all parties or their attorneys of record.(b) A party who objects to a substitution under Pa.R.C.P. No. 2352(a) shall proceed by petition and rule to show cause.
