Rule 1303 - Hearing. Notice(a) All hearings before a Board of Arbitration shall be conducted in the Armstrong County Courthouse.(b) The chairperson of the Board of Arbitration shall be responsible for the scheduling of hearings and the mailing of notice of such hearings. The chairperson shall grant a continuance if all parties to the action agree.(c) Not less than thirty (30) days notice in writing shall be given by the chairperson to the parties or their attorneys of record and to other members of the Board.Adopted October 3, 2006, effective 11/20/2006
