Rule 1101 - Appeals From Government AgenciesA. Whenever an appeal is filed from the final order of a governmental agency pursuant to provisions of 42 Pa.C.S.A. Sec. 933, the appeal shall have attached thereto a copy of said final order.B. The Prothonotary or Clerk of Courts shall forward the file to the President Judge, or designee, on the thirty-first (31st) day following the filing of said appeal. The Court will then schedule a conference, hearing, or argument, or take such other action as may be deemed necessary or appropriate.Amended effective 8/12/2024.
