Whenever cases pending before a magisterial district judge
involve a greater number of persons expected to attend a hearing, than can be reasonably accommodated in the magisterial district judge's facility, and/ or
coordination of witnesses, attorneys and prosecuting officers can best be accomplished at a centralized location;
the magisterial district judge may request the President Judge to direct that hearings be conducted in a courtroom in the County's Judicial Center;
In addition if:
efficient administration of justice requires special scheduling of a pending case, the President Judge may direct that proceedings be held in a courtroom designated by the Court Administrator.
