Rule 12.011 - DOMESTIC RELATIONS MATTERS SUBJECT TO MEDIATION(1) Mandatory Mediation: Any action filed in the court involving a controversy over custody or parenting time of minor children shall be subject to mediation.(2) Other Matters: If both parties agree, the mediator may deal with other matters at issue, such as property distribution and support.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
