Rule 9.052 - WRONGFUL DEATH AND PERSONAL INJURY PROCEEDS(1) When wrongful death and/or personal injury proceeds are not the only assets in probate, conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, that fact shall be alleged by a separate titled paragraph in the initial petition filed with the court.(2) When wrongful death and personal injury proceeds are assets in probate and conservatorships, please indicate if there will be more than one claim in litigation(s).Wallowa Supp. L.
