Rule 4.025 - SEARCH WARRANTSPrior to presenting a request for a search warrant, the applicant shall:
(1) Obtain prior approval from a District Attorney, Deputy District Attorney, or Assistant Attorney General who has personally reviewed the facts underlying the application;(2) Provide the name of the reviewing District Attorney or Assistant Attorney General;(3) Present their credentials and authority for the application, and(5) Verify that the search warrant application has not been presented to any other judge.Umatilla Supp. L.
