Rule 1.30 - LITIGANT CONTACT INFORMATION(1) In these rules, "litigant contact information" means the name, bar number, address, telephone number, and email address of the attorney(s) for each party, identifying the party or parties appearing jointly that each attorney represents, and the name, mailing address, and telephone number of each self-represented party.(2) If, pursuant to law or order of the court, a party's address or telephone number, or both, are not subject to public disclosure, the party submitting a document for filing must provide alternative contact information that the Administrator may make available for public inspection and for purpose of service under ORAP 1.35(2).
