Any person may present oral objections, where permitted in probate matters under ORS 125.075, by appearing in the Probate Department, Multnomah County Central Courthouse, 1200 SW First Avenue, Portland from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each judicial day. The respondent or protected person may also make objections orally to an appointed Court Visitor. Court Visitors are to include any objections by the respondent or protected person in the Visitor Report.
