Rule 24.091 - POST-CONVICTION RELIEF CASES SPECIALLY ASSIGNED TO CHIEF CRIMINAL JUDGE OR DESIGNEE FOR ALL PRETRIAL MOTIONS AND DEMURRERS; COURTESY COPY DELIVERY REQUIRED(1) All post-conviction relief cases are specially assigned to the Chief Criminal Judge or designee for purpose of all pretrial case management procedure and process. The Post-Conviction Relief Judge will conduct scheduled monthly status conferences for post-conviction relief cases pending trial and, unless otherwise ordered by the court, will hear all pretrial matters, including any motions for delay of an assigned trial date.(2) Courtesy copies of all pretrial demurrers, motions, responses and reply documents, with relevant exhibits, must be delivered to the office of the Chief Criminal Judge or assigned judge at the time of the filing of the document with the court.Multnomah Supp. L.
