Rule 16.025 - VIOLATIONS BUREAU; CREATION AND ELIGIBLE VIOLATIONS(1) Pursuant to ORS 153.800, the Fourth Judicial District establishes a Violations Bureau. The Violations Bureau fine schedule, as it may be amended from time to time, is incorporated by reference into these rules.(2) Out-of-state residents may be assessed a Violation Bureau fine and receive a reduced fine amount if they, in accordance with the Presiding Judge's Order 18-1-00000, submit/sign a declaration as to their prior conviction history. In any case, the clerk has the discretion to refer the matter to a judge for review.Multnomah Supp. L. R. 16.025
